Cooking top round thin steaks South Beach Phase 1? - south beach phase

I'm on phase 1 South Beach Diet and I bought myself a little more than a pound of very fine top round steaks. I have cooked before, and I hate to cook / grill / oven with low carb / low sugar RUB / recipe. Suggestions?
