Depends on what you are looking for.

While Tombstone can be fun to visit, very little true story "left" in the city. Many villages of the historic buildings were destroyed in recent years in a series of fires. Worse still, most of the city a tourist trap with color patterns very fake cheese was (hot pink, etc.) b sights stupid film style and folders for most companies, T - Rubber mallet sold poorly done, and art in the Southwest of Taiwan. While the famous "Boot Hill in the correct location, the grave is not everything, of course, not original.

In fact, it has become so bad that, the National Park Service as a revocation of its status of National Historic District and a few years of the True West magazine was a thread dedicated to the entire city and wrong.

However, there are real gems to be found if we can look beyond the level of caramel. The historic Bird Cage Theater is authentic and worth a visit, as well as the(The courthouse is now a museum) and the Hall of Schefflin two floors. The attraction at the OK Corral is interesting, simply because it is there for a while (since 1920) a kind of relic of history.

Yeah, okay, if you are not big on historical accuracy and are just a great place with grains of salt, which can take very funny in a kind of Frontier Country, "a" from Disneyland.

As for the drink - Tombstone, especially for families with children and pensioners. The place practically rolled on the sidewalk after dark. There is a new microbrewed in town (I forget the name) in the west of the courthouse. Developed and the environment is just OK (not much) for food. There is also the Palace Hall, in the historic center, but it is mainly for tourists.

If you opt for a mix of ancient history at Western and drink, I would recommend a half hour drive on the way to the historic copper mining in Bisbee. Bisbee historic district has a tremendous turn of the century design principless (all authentic and best-restored headstones). Visits to the underground mine of the Copper Queen Mine and 1940 and 50 trailers which are) in the trailer park back in the shadow of Dell (before the great mining places worth a visit.

The famous Brewery Gulch, "has a number of lounges and bars, many below), with live music on weekends (see the links. The most famous is San Telmo, which have been around in one form or another since 1902 and has so much character to decide that, from the seat before the meeting. is the old bar at the historic Copper Queen Hotel also interesting to observe.

"Dave's Electric" Electric Beer Brewing Company used a public tap room at the southern end of town. It is now closed (because of some "legal" issues Dave), but you can always train a good many of the local wells.

Bon voyage!
